Recently, while perusing anthro's new blog I found this video from tiger in a jar. It's a lovely little thing and, since I have been interested in old fashioned baking techniques, I thought I would give this recipe a try. Ultimately, the recipe as it stands is much too earthy. I do want to try it again but with less beet and perhaps more chocolate.
